    The problem of this research to know inovative atitude and transformational leadership style to creative teacher Senior high vocational school one Ketahun 42 teachers.Sample taken by tecnic correlation counted 42 sampel. This research is analysed with descriptive statistic technique and inferensial to know the direct influence and indirect influence between variabel tested with band analysis. Result of the research show: (1) They are positive direct of inovative atitude and to creative teacher (2) They are direct positive influence between transformational leadership trough the teacher creativity of senior high school vokasional one Ketahun (3 They are direct positive between inovative atitude and transformational as together toward the teacher of Senior high school vocational one Ketahun teachers

    The general purpose of the research is to describe about the role of leadership in improving english teacher performances. The research used qualitative descriptive method. The subjects of this research were principals, vice principal, english teachers at Junior High Shool Number 2 of South Bengkulu. The techniques of collecting data were observation, interview, and documentation study. The general result of the study show that the role of school principal in increasing english teacher capability was run well.     The purpose of this study is to describe management of teaching and learning English to improve writing skill of student at Junior High School 4 of Bengkulu City. The data collected by using instrument such as observation, interview and documentation The result of the research shows that firstly teacher prepares lesson plan based on the syllabus of curriculum 2013. Secondly, teacher implements learning activity to improve writing skill uses scientific approach and discovery learning model. Teacher uses Learning process integrated to other skill such as speaking and reading comprehension, also supporting skill such as grammar and vocabulary. Teacher also improves students\u27 vocabulary by making a mini dictionary in every meeting, gives motivation and clear instruction about social function, generic structure and language features of a functional text

    The objective of this research is to describe how the academic supervision of the headmaster in Senior High School number 1 Lubuklinggau. The specific problems of this research consisted of several questions, how the academic supervision of headmaster in planning, process, evaluation, and the follow up. This study used the qualitative descriptive method. The technique for collecting the data is done by interview, observation, and documentation. The result of this study showed that the headmaster had done the academic supervision to the teachers by using clinical method by holding class visit, the follow up of the supervision is with make a lesson teacher team for sharing about the teachers documents and how to manage the class better

    The purpose of this study was to description the management practices of industry (prakerin) in DKV skill competetion of vocational High School 5 of Bengkulu City: (1) to know the description of the planning Practice the Working Industrial (Prakerin) in DKV skill competetion of vocational High School 5 of Bengkulu, (2) to know the description of the implementation Practice the Working Industrial (Prakerin) in DKV skill competetion of vocational High School 5 of Bengkulu, (3) to know the description the evaluation of Practice the Working Industrial (Prakerin) in DKV skill competetion of vocational High School 5 of Bengkulu. The methode of this research is a qualitative descriptive study. The subjectts of this research were principals, vice principals, students and taechers at Vocational High School 5 of Bengkulu, and DU/DI (user), using data collection techniques such as observation, interview and documentation study, analyzed using with reduction, data presentation, and conclusion. The results and conclusion the research showed that the: (1) planning has been implemented fairly well starting from the curriculum, work program, prakerin administration, financing, socialization, and student counselor teacher, (2) implementation of prakerin runs properly but some obstacles are found such as students having difficulties when operating new tools, lack of time discipline. (3) evaluation have been undertaken by prakerin activity providers ranging from assesment, student reports to evaluation. Evaluation results indicate the need for follow-up on some finding such as the need to involve DU/DI parties in relation to available facilities as a place of practice for student where the school difficulties in the procurement of such facilities

In the data collection researcher using observation, interview and documentation. Research subjects include: principals, curriculum representatives, art and cultural teachers, and students. From this research, it can be seen that the management of art and culture in SMA Negeri 3 Bengkulu Selatan run effectively in accordance with government regulations as outlined in technical guidance of Education Unit Level Curriculum (KTSP)

    The general objective of this research is to describe the accountability of school facilities management at Junior High School Number 1 South Bengkulu. The method of this research was qualitative descriptive. The subjects of this study ware headmaster, Vice principal of school facilities management and administration staffs at Junior High School Number 1 South Bengkulu. the data were collected by conducting several observation, personal interview and documentation study then, data analysis used qualitative technigue. the result of this study showed that: (1) the policy in planning school facilities was compiled at the beginning of new year and implemented in an accountable way (2) procurement of educational facilities suited with the existing procedures; (3) inventary performance in accountable enough (4) educational facilities had been implemented in accountable enough (5) maintenance educational facilities had been implemented in accountable enough (6) the process of abolition of school facilities in an accountable way

    The general purpose of this research was compare the management of infrastructure and facilities in 02 primary schools and 06 primary schools Pondok Kelapa in the central of Bengkulu. This study uses a comparative approach to qualitative research. Subjects in this study is the principal. Data collection techniques used in this research is by interview, observation and documentation. The conclusion of this study indicate that both SD discount a lot of similarities in the management of facilities and infrastructure, among others: the planning done by the principal in accordance with the regulations, infrastructure procurement droping from the government, purchases, donations from parents, and make their own, an inventory of school facilities and the infrastructure has been done with the record book in the book inventory of goods, distribution is carried out directly and indirectly, maintenance of school facilities and infrastructure conducted regularly and incidental
